Judgement (Second Form)

This Judgement is created by Lirio's last fragments of Ice powers. It still capable of freeze the opponents and increase speed, but it's not stronger than original Judgement. Lirio made this sword to fight against Delta and Epsilon. Kyle said he can make Judgement, because Lirio still have Ice powers inside his body, but he can't use any Ice powers.
